Sitemap and content model are agreed in writing first. Visual decisions are easier when the shape is settled.

02 Maintainable by you

Constrained templates and a CMS your team can use without breaking the pattern. Documentation and training are part of delivery.

03 AI with limits

Defined knowledge scope, visible boundaries, human handover. If a feature would answer worse than a contact page, I say so.

04 Honest scope

Fixed price against a written scope. If something is outside what I do well, I will tell you rather than learn on your budget.
